Due to the immediate digital delivery of AI generation credits, all sales are final. However, if you experienced a technical failure where credits were consumed without producing an image, we review these on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the incident.

Email [email protected] with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We delete all personal data associated with your account promptly. Note: uploaded images are already automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload.
Is GhibliAI affiliated with Studio Ghibli?
No. GhibliAI is a completely independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Studio Ghibli, Inc. or Hayao Miyazaki in any way. We use the term 'Ghibli style' solely as a descriptive aesthetic reference.
